Samir & Zehad – two international students at TU Ilmenau, two backgrounds, one love. Samir from Israel, Zehad from Egypt. Their journey began with quiet conversations under Ilmenau’s evening skies, grew into a deep connection, and led to a heartfelt, intimate wedding at the town’s historic Rathaus church.
A Ceremony Rooted in Family & Emotion
Surrounded by a small group of close family from Germany, Israel, and Egypt, the couple exchanged vows in a ceremony that was quiet but full of meaning. There were no crowds, no spectacle – just real feelings, thoughtful rituals, and loving glances.
Urban Minimalism as a Backdrop
